Application:

  • It is applied in myriad functioning such as densification of powdered materials, processing of fibrous composites, diffusion bonding of solid components and various others. It is widely used for all kinds of composite materials, high conduct thermal material, SiC/Si3N4/B4C ceramic materials, copper base iron power materials, iron base materials, iron-copper base power materials shaping and densification. The max temperature can be 2500°C which is used for the iron-copper base brake disc of the plane, bullet train brake-shoe, armor, armored car backplane, bullet against armor of the helicopter.

  • Ram material can be TZM alloy or isostatic pressing graphite
